How to become a good computer programmer

Programming and coding is a thing that have the power to change the world. Programming is changing the life cycle of people. If you are thinking doctor is checking up people and saving them, yes of course but you do not know how many devices and technologies they are using to find out the disease. That means every devices and technology works if there are particular software to complete particular job in particular area. And software is in fact the combined form of codes which has the ability to complete a particular task/job. Hence programming is the changing way of the whole world and universe.

To be a good programmer you should have a patience and hardworking ability. It is a more complex task than any other job. Some say, coding and programming can make a people monotonous which can also lead him to ruin his life. It means some people also think that programmers have no life, he only sit in front of his laptop and computer and always thinks how to make this application and how to operate this code.

If you guys are willing to be a good programmer, then you should have or bring some characteristics on you and they are given below:

Patience on coding

A good programmer always have a patience on coding. Of course may times there might come many errors on your coding but you should always chase those error and remove out. S/he should have determination on that particular task to complete in right time. 

Keen to find the new facts

Indeed a good programmer is that who always tries to explore new things. So that a good programmer is also known as an explorer. If a programmer does not have keen to search new things, s/he can copy and paste only. 

Update with new technology

Technology is always changeable and it has been changing or updating day by day. So to be familiar with new market technology, a programmer always should know - what is in the market, what product is coming in the market, which product was replaced by which one. Hereby, he can give his best in his work being familiar with technologies. 

Good Knowledge on a programming language

How can you call s/she a programmer if he does not have knowledge about a programming language. Yes indeed, a person who has knowledge about any programming language like JAVA, C++, C, PHP etc is an actual programmer. But those who only know about programming language but do not have the knowledge of programming language is not called a programmer. S/he also do know to copy and paste the code. And actually copy and paste is not any coding. 

Testing and Debugging ability

Testing and Debugging is the last phase of programming any application ie testing and debugging is handled by tester and debugger. A tester only takes money from a company testing and find bugs or errors in programs it means tester is only concerned with bugs and errors of any programs. In one word debugging is a process of find and solving the bugs/errors from any application or program. So that programmers also must have some knowledge of testing and debugging his own program so as to not let come any errors/bugs in their programs. 

Psychological Knowledge

It is better to programmer if s/he has some psychological knowledge on human behavior. Because if a programmer has some psychological knowledge of human behavior, he can develop some extra things for those human, that is why it is a one feature of good programmer.

The above six points are mentioned on the basis of real environment of technology world. But there are some other technological features of good programmer.
